NUTRITION

Nutrition plays a key role in our health but it doesn’t have to be all or nothing when it comes to healthy food. A balanced diet should be full of foods that bring you joy and makes you feel nourished and strong. It’s about moderation and common sense and of course it depends on each individual because we are all different.

MOVEMENT

Movement is vital to a healthy life. With so many ways to move, the possibilities are endless. From walking to biking to lifting and yoga and everything in between. When you find what you love then it becomes something you “Get” to do rather than something you “Have” to do.

MINDFULNESS

This is where mind, body & breath connect. There are so many simple ways to incorporate this into your life. And, believe it or not, mindfulness can play a role in weight loss and energy gains. This simple tool is easy to access anywhere at any time.

    • In addition to the initial call where we decide on a 30 day challenge that will have the most positive effect, you will also receive two,15 minute calls bi-weekly to review and make any tweaks necessary.

    • Quick daily check in by either text, DM or marco polo for accountability.

    • An invitation to join the Wildly Well with Amy FB community where you can receive ongoing support, motivation and inspiration.

    • This one month partnership will come with a 30 day challenge tracker as well as a list of 30 daily affirmations to empower and support you as you “Master Your Mindset” while on your path towards a Wildly Well and positive life.

    • 3 month partnership

    • Customized one-on-one coaching

    • 6 one-on-one sessions to identify your concerns & intentions and to create a customizable blueprint for living your healthiest life on your terms

    • 2 bi weekly 45-50 minute sessions per month

    • Unlimited email or text support w/ 24 hr turnaround time

    • Resources, handouts and homework specific to your unique needs & goals

    • An invitation to join the Wildly Well with Amy FB community where you can receive ongoing support, motivation and inspiration.

    • My Master Your Mindset guide with affirmations and journal prompt ideas

    • Free Book or Journal given at beginning of program

    • 6 month Partnership

    • Accountability check-in’s 1-2 times a week through a decided upon application such as Voxer or Marco Polo

UNPACK & EXPLORE

The fun starts once you know your direction & what you want to create for yourself. Since this is a holistic approach we will look at you as a whole person, all aspects of your health and wellness. We will get creative and try new foods & new habits to incorporate into your routine. You’ll start to notice the difference in how you look and how you feel. Nutrition is a part of this phase, but it is not the only part. A holistic approach is key to living a happy & fulfilling life!

HAVE FUN & STAY CURIOUS

Once you know what is possible and get a taste for how good & vibrant you are supposed to feel, we can begin to incorporate small positive changes into your life for the long term.  I can help you to build habits and systems that are not only sustainable, but also enjoyable.  You'll be equipped with the tools necessary to stay on track with your goals and overcome any setback with confidence.  You’ll look forward to the days ahead because no longer will the days rule you and wear you down, but you will seize the days!!

It all begins with you. As your coach, I am with you 100% to guide, support and assist you. Together we look at where you are starting, and where you would like to go on your health journey. We look at your goals and take inventory of what has worked and what hasn’t. We figure out what’s been holding you back from reaching your health goals, whether it's mindset or misinformation, and tune into discovering your “Big Why” which is going to help you with moving forward.
